<ORDER & SHIPPNG>


Orders will be canceled automatically if the deposit date is not confirmed within 48 hours from the date of purchase.

Changes, cancellations and all delivery inquiries are possible until 11AM.(KST)

Please contact us at 'customer@mischief.co.kr' regarding other shipping or orders.

Mischief Online Delivery will be shipped by EMS and the goods will be delivered on regular working days.

You can check your order tracking number by clicking the link below.

International shipping takes 5 to 10 business days.
The delivery might be delayed in the cause of Courier firm, weather conditions, and other unusual conditions.

Please note that the price of goods does not include shipping, customs, duty & tax charges.

The shipping charge will be set automatically in the payment window.

All items can be exchanged/refunded within 14 days after receipt. (Including defective goods)

You must contact ' customer@mischief.co.kr ' before returning items.

The goods will be delivered to the headquarters through the warehouse within 10 days after delivering the package to the courier.
