International shipping takes 7 to 14 business days.

The delivery can be delayed due to courier delay, weather conditions, and other unusual conditions.

All items can be exchanged/refunded within 14 days after receipt (Including defective goods).

You must contact 'customer@mischief.co.kr ' before returning items.

The item will be exchanged/refunded after inspection.

For exchanges, all expenses (i.e., round-trip shipping costs, customs duties, tax charges, etc.) are to be paid by the customer.

Exchange/refund is not available under terms and conditions below.

- 14 days after receipt of the item.

- If the package is opened or the packaging is damaged, when the value of the product is significantly lost.

- Deterioration of the quality of the product due to the customer's use. (such as laundry, body odor, traces of cosmetics, etc)

- If the price tag of the product, sticker pack, poly bag, etc. are damaged or lost.

- If the product is difficult to resell due to deterioration of the quality or value of the product caused by the passage of time.

- If gift items enclosed with the product are missing.
